Support

Clear answers for focused catalog monitoring.

Ellefsen Marketing responds to SKU Sentinel support requests within one business day.

Contact support

Email ellefsenmarketing+skusentinel@gmail.com. We send an initial response within one business day, Monday–Friday.

Include the store’s permanent myshopify.com domain, the approximate time of the problem, the action you took, and the visible error. Never send a password, Shopify access token, API secret, or payment information.

A scan is pending, running, or failed

Check the status banner on the dashboard. A running scan may keep the prior snapshot visible until the refresh completes. If a scan fails, retry it once from the dashboard. Contact support with the details above if it fails again.

A finding looks wrong or is intentional

Compare every affected variant in the group and follow its Shopify Admin link. A finding reports matching catalog values; it does not decide whether a value is wrong for a particular business. Dismiss an intentional finding, or use the paid seven-day snooze while a catalog change is coordinated.

Plans and billing

Shopify processes app charges and shows the controlling price, interval, trial, and approval details before purchase. Use the in-app plan page to change plans. For an unexpected charge, include the store domain and Shopify invoice reference in the support email, but do not send payment-card information.

Privacy and uninstall requests

Uninstall the app in Shopify Admin to stop access and trigger deletion from the primary application database. For a privacy request, email support from an address associated with the store and include its permanent myshopify.com domain so the request can be verified.
